Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
