Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Haven Construction is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
