Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Ironwood West Farms is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
