Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
