Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
