Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Facilities and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
