Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
