Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Portland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
