Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Lumen Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
