Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
