Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Nova Rook Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
