Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Hartford, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
