Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Memphis, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
