Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Granite Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
