Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
