Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
