Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
