Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Granite Property Management manages apartment communities around Portland, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
