Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Junction Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
