Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Cross Energy is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
