Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Solutions is a facilities company in Philadelphia with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
