Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
