Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Maple Water Authority is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
