Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
