Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Iron Pharma is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for regulatory filings in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
