Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
