Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Kansas City, MO)

Nova West Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Kansas City with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for landfill records in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
