Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Facilities and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
