Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
