Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Corner Property Management is a Hartford property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
