Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Corner Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
