Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Lantern Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
