Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Grand Rapids with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
