Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Timber Property Management Partners is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
