Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 831 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service complaints.
