Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
