Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Wilder Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
