Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Facilities is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
