Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
