Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Amber Water Authority is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
