Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
