Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cross Facilities Group and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
