Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Granite Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Charleston, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
