Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Cross Facilities is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
