Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Austin, TX)

Redstone Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
