Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Loom Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
