Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
