Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
