Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
