Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
